I have telephoned with a number of queries before ordering and the staff have been brilliant! Surveyor was very professional and measured windows and installers came with more than enough dust sheets and left house clean, I must say the service is highest standard only took a 3 weeks from ordering to installations, quality of the windows and doors are superb.
